These are upcoming events that we are currently aware of — some dates still need to be finalized. This is just a partial listing of some of the events available and is featured as a courtesy to our future guests — a ‘welcome package’ upon arrival will update you with more. If you wish, the welcome package can be mailed to you in advance of your arrival for easier planning of your activities. Simply let us know via e-mail that this is your preference. At the bottom of this page, there are several links for further research which should be quite useful for planning.

Celebrate Canada’s birthday at Kelso Beach, Owen Sound. Enjoy the lumberjack show, free face painting, pony rides, children’s games, klash the klown, food booths, airbound amusements. Spectacular fireworks display at 10pm; gates open at 3pm.

Festival of Northern Lights

November mid-month through January mid-month
Enjoy over 200 displays and 13 kilometers of light strings in the trees and along the riverbanks as well as in Harrison Park, Owen Sound. Includes 8 weeks of special events. Lights on daily 5pm to 11pm.
