It’s a PERFECT DAY for hiking (or using cross country skis or snowshoes!) the trails.

All trails have been groomed and are nicely packed.

The sun is shining.

And, as of mid-morning, the trail parking lot is FULL 🙂

We were back to the Escarpment Ponds yesterday and, over the past weekend, winterized all the ‘privies/rest areas’ by blocking off the screens in the eaves so the snow doesn’t drift in. There were lots of tracks … the wildlife apparently likes the trails groomed as well … deer, fox, coyote, rabbit and turkey.
